The DE series now comes in three different sizes

Part number DE-1 uses standard type SF or SR

drill bushings with a 1/2" O.D. X 1/2" long. Has 3~3/16” slots

Standard bushing ID range .1405 ~.3438 (measures 1-1/4” x 6”)

 

 Part number DE-2 uses standard type SF or SR

drill bushings with a 3/4" O.D. X 3/4" long. Has 3~1/4” slots

Standard bushing ID range .2812 ~.5625 (measures 1-1/2” x 8-7/8”)

 

Part number DE-3 uses standard type SF or SR

drill bushings with a 1" O.D. X 1" long. Has 1~1/2” slot

Standard bushing ID range .4687 ~.7812 (measures 1-1/2” x 8-7/8”)

 

They all pivot 180 degrees horizontally in the middle, and can be

locked firmly in to any position. DE-1 & DE-2 have three slots to increase clamping positioning, the DE-3 has one. Any of them can be clamped down with c-clamps.
